I’m an ADHD Coach with a focus on simplicity and mindfulness. I help folks who are stuck in cycles of procrastination & overwhelm move from physical and mental clutter to the curated, intentional life they long for.

How did I get here? Well, I started down the path of more simplified living to create a less chaotic home for my kids and to reduce how much waste our family was making (because I love this planet!). Combined with mindfulness, it had such a huge impact on all areas on my life that I wanted to share it with the world.

I trained to be a Simplicity Parenting Coach then got certified as a life/business coach through Erickson International with additional courses in Parenting and Relationship coaching. I am also a Certified Trauma Informed Coach and a trained ADHD coach.

I believe that simplicity and mindfulness aren’t boring or bland, but make space for an awesomely curated life of adventure and fun!

I love to create

I am a creator at heart. I love to draw, paint, sew, really anything that involves making. I put a labyrinth in my front yard a few years ago just for fun!

Recently, I’ve been using this passion to make clients beautiful, personalized, visual prompts as a way to solidify insights from sessions.

My family

We are a family with an extra dose of neurodivergence, plus a dog who fits in very well. Every thing I do is through an ADHD lens because I know many people, even those without ADHD, will benefit from these insights. Simplicity and mindfulness have changed how our intense ADHD family does life. I know it can do the same for others.

I love tea

I hope you coffee lovers won’t hold my tea passion against me. I do enjoy a cup of coffee now and again, but I really love tea, especially Creamy Earl Grey from my favourite local tea shop, The Naked Leaf. Just add a book and I’m in my happy place.
